If none of the steps so far have helped, you can try deleting the game from the Facebook app list. ✔️ Go to Settings -> Apps and websites -> Logged in using Facebook -> Expired This can be renewed by the following steps: If you don't see our game on the Active list, access to your friends' list may have expired. ✔️ Restart your device, and re-enter the game. ✔️ Select Fishdom from the list of games that appears, and make sure Friends list is checked ✔️ Go to Settings -> Apps and websites -> Logged in using Facebook -> Active ✔️ Open the Facebook page in a web browser, and log into your profile If you are still having issues seeing your in-game friends, please try the following: Once this is completed, restart your device, re-enter the game, and reconnect to Facebook. ✔️ Open game settings, and select "Save progress - > Sign out of Facebook" to disconnect the game from Facebook. Temporary issues with sending and receiving data could be causing the problem, and a restart is the quickest fix ✔️ Confirm that your game is connected to Facebook ✔️ Check your connection to the internet.
